Celebrity Photo Retouch

As the artist of this piece, my main objective for this project was to retouch a picture of a celebrity. The tools that we primarily used for this project are the brightness and contrast image adjustments, the spot healing brush, the patch tool, and the paint tool. Some challenges I faced during this project were fixing the colors, getting rid of the spots, and fixing his eyebrows. I feel that there should be a warning placed on advertisements that use PhotoShop retouching for their advertisements because it creates a false sense of perfection.
